General Principle

Customer satisfaction is the most important element for Acar Gold. You can return the product you received within the terms specified below.

ARTICLE 2

1. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.

ARTICLE 3

2. Return Conditions

The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and must not have lost its sellable characteristic. For certified products, the original certificate must be sent with the product.

ARTICLE 4

3. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Products)

The right of withdrawal and return are not accepted for products prepared and personalized in accordance with the special request of the customer (name written, special size made, etc.) and for earrings (if the package is opened) due to hygiene rules.

ARTICLE 5

4. Return and Refund Process

After the return approval is received, the product price will be refunded to your payment method (credit card or bank account) within 7-10 business days.
