Article 1

Subject

The subject of this contract covers the scope of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for Implementing Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, sold by the SELLER to the BUYER.

Article 2.2

Buyer Information

A person who is a member of the https://acargold.com.tr shopping site as a customer or who shops by using the shopping option without becoming a member. The address and contact information used while becoming a member are taken as the basis.

Article 3

Contract Product Information

Consists of information at the time the order is finalized, such as the type, quantity, brand/model, color, amount, sales price, and payment method of the Good / Product / Service.

Article 4

General Provisions

1.The BUYER declares that they have read and informed themselves of all preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product or products subject to the contract specified in Article 3, and gave the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
2.The product or products subject to the contract will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order.
3.The product or products based on the order will be delivered starting from the order date, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.

Article 5

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within seven days without showing any justification and without paying any criminal clause.

3.The product or products based on the order will be delivered starting from the order date, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
